The 360 Performance Feedback Assessment is specifically designed for those who wish to discover the perceptions of others and how they compare to your self-assessment. This is used for leaders, managers, team leaders, team members, and individual contributors. The 360 designation indicates the breadth of input, which includes peers, subordinates, and superiors.
